Ninh Duong Lan Ngoc returns to cinema after four-year hiatus

Vietnamese actress Ninh Duong Lan Ngoc is returning to the big screen in the film ‘Chi Chi Em Em 3’ after a four-year absence from cinema. In the production, she portrays Thi Lieu, a character navigating complex emotions involving love, marriage, and tragedy.

During a recent media discussion, Lan Ngoc addressed her time away from film, humorously noting that she did not stop acting but rather that she was not invited to any projects. She explained that the period allowed her to reflect on her career, seek new experiences, and identify areas for professional improvement.

While absent from feature films, she remained active in the entertainment industry through various reality shows and gameshows, such as ‘Running Man Vietnam’ and ‘Chi Dep Dap Gio Re Song’. She also spent time studying in Australia to gain new perspectives and life experiences to enhance her acting skills.
