Ninh Duong Lan Ngoc uses height aids for film poster shoot

Behind-the-scenes footage from the promotional poster shoot for the film ‘Chi Chi Em Em 3’ has drawn significant attention online. The clips, shared by actor Quoc Anh, reveal the methods used to manage height differences between him and co-star Ninh Duong Lan Ngoc.

While the official posters depict a cinematic and seamless pairing, the behind-the-scenes footage shows the production team using various aids to adjust Ninh Duong Lan Ngoc’s height. These tools included paper boxes for elevation and thick-soled footwear to ensure she appeared taller than Quoc Anh in certain shots. Quoc Anh stands at 1.86m, while Ninh Duong Lan Ngoc is 1.64m.

Set in ancient Northern Vietnam, ‘Chi Chi Em Em 3’ follows the character Van Tai, played by Quoc Anh, who is entangled in complex romantic relationships involving characters played by Ninh Duong Lan Ngoc, Chi Pu, and Nguyen Cao Ky Duyen.
