Nintendo expands Switch 2 hardware bundles and software library

Nintendo is expanding its hardware and software offerings for the Nintendo Switch 2 ahead of the 2026 holiday season. New hardware bundles are being introduced in Europe, including a Sports Resort bundle priced at 529.99 euros and a Mario Kart World bundle scheduled for late October. Additionally, a special Legend of Zelda 40th Anniversary Edition console is expected to launch in late October.

On the software side, the console's library continues to grow through backward compatibility, offering over 10,000 titles. Recent sales charts for September 2026 show top-performing titles such as EA Sports FC 27 Ultimate Edition and Diablo 4: Age of Hatred Collection.

Market availability varies, with some retailers offering the console at prices lower than its initial launch or official retail price of 499.99 euros. The hardware features technical improvements including 4K resolution compatibility and a 7.9-inch screen.
