Nintendo eShop updates new titles for Switch and Switch 2

The Nintendo eShop is updating its catalog for the week of August 17 to 21, 2026, featuring new titles for both the Nintendo Switch and the Nintendo Switch 2.

Key releases for the Nintendo Switch 2 include 'The Lord of the Rings: War in the North – Legacy Edition' by Aspyr, which explores a darker side of Middle-earth, 'Pipistrello and the Cursed Yoyo' by PM Studios, and the science fiction adventure '1000xRESIST' by Fellow Traveller.

For the standard Nintendo Switch, notable additions include 'Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 2' by Konami and 'OVER REQUIEMZ' by Aksys Games, both of which have physical counterparts. Other digital releases include 'Aerialia: Wings of Delivery', 'Arcade Archives V’BALL', and 'Smithsonian: Digging For Dinosaurs'.
