Nintendo Switch 2 and upcoming game previews highlighted at Gamescom

Recent previews from Gamescom have highlighted upcoming video game titles and hardware performance. Turok: Origins was tested on the Nintendo Switch 2, where it ran at 30 fps in both first and third-person perspectives. While the game features high-quality visuals, the gameplay experience was noted as not being entirely smooth.

Additionally, Finji is preparing for the October launch of Usual June, an action/narrative adventure. The game features a unique vocaloid system where characters communicate via speech bubbles accompanied by vocalizations recorded by real actors to convey tone and emotion, rather than using direct voice work or AI models. A public demo is currently available on Steam.
