Nintendo Switch 2 battery optimization and Yoshi toy discounts

The Nintendo Switch 2 offers significant technical improvements in handheld gaming, though demanding titles result in higher power consumption compared to its predecessor. To extend battery life, users can optimize settings by manually limiting the system menu refresh rate to 60 Hz via the System Settings, rather than utilizing the full 120 Hz capability during non-gaming navigation.

In related consumer news, the Yoshi animatronic toy from the Super Mario Galaxy movie is currently available at a discount in Mexico. The interactive Spin Master figure, which features sounds and light-up eyes, is being offered for 1,485 pesos on Amazon Mexico and Mercado Libre, a reduction from its original list price.
