Nintendo Switch 2 price increases across the Eurozone

The official price for the Nintendo Switch 2 has increased across the Eurozone. As of September 1, 2026, the manufacturer's official price for the console alone rose from approximately 470 euros to 499.99 euros.

This price hike is attributed to rising costs in the hardware sector, specifically regarding memory components. While the official Nintendo store has implemented these new rates, some independent retailers are still selling existing stock at previous lower prices, such as 420 euros, creating a temporary window for consumers to find deals before inventories are updated.
