Nintendo Switch 2 receives new game releases

Nintendo Switch 2 video games KEMCO Touhou Koumakyou Tales from Toyotoki

Several new titles are arriving for the Nintendo Switch 2. The visual novel ‘Tales from Toyotoki: Arrival of the Witch’, developed by Fragaria and published by KEMCO, is now available on the console. Set in Okinawa, Japan, the game follows a young man named Hikaru and a witch as they navigate the mysteries of Toyotoki Island.

Additionally, a physical release of ‘Touhou Koumakyou: New Classic – the Embodiment of Scarlet Devil’ has been announced for both Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2. Scheduled for release on December 17, 2026, the boxed version is currently announced for Japan but will include English language support. The Switch 2 version will be released on a physical cartridge rather than a digital key card.
