Nintendo Switch 2 rumors suggest new Super Smash Bros. and Nintendogs

Rumors regarding the upcoming Nintendo Switch 2 successor suggest that Nintendo may be developing a completely new Super Smash Bros. title and a revival of the Nintendogs series.

According to leaks from the YouTuber Malo932, the proposed Super Smash Bros. project would be a brand-new entry rather than an enhanced version of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. While Ultimate remains one of Nintendo’s most successful titles with approximately 38 million copies sold, the leak suggests a new project built specifically for the next generation of hardware.

Additionally, the leaks claim a return for Nintendogs, a series that has not seen a new release since Nintendogs + Cats was launched on the Nintendo 3DS in 2011. Other rumored projects mentioned include a new Wario Land, a 2D Metroid game, and a sequel to Star Fox Adventures. Nintendo has not officially confirmed any of these developments.
