Nintendo Switch 2 to launch Splatoon Raiders, a single-player adventure

Nintendo announced the upcoming spin‑off Splatoon Raiders, set for release on July 23, 2026 exclusively for the Nintendo Switch 2 console. Unlike previous entries that centred on competitive multiplayer, Raiders shifts to a single‑player adventure mode that emphasises exploration, progression and a more personal experience, while still offering limited local and online co‑op.

The company also revealed that a retail demo will be available in the United States and Canada at stores such as Best Buy, Walmart, Target and GameStop. The demo features three levels and a selection of weapons, allowing players to test the new gameplay before the full launch. Additional details include a higher retail price of €10 above the standard Switch 2 price, new amiibo figures, special comics and a dedicated Nintendo Direct on June 30.
