Ziggurat Interactive has announced 'Sanitarium Enhanced', a modernized remaster of the 1998 psychological horror adventure game originally developed by DreamForge Intertainment. The title is slated for release in 2026 across multiple platforms, including PC (Steam, Epic Games Store, GOG), PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch.

This updated version aims to improve accessibility and quality of life for modern hardware. Key features include full controller support, widescreen resolution support during gameplay, and optimizations for the Steam Deck. Players will also have access to an extra gallery containing previously unseen bonus materials from the original development team, along with fixes for legacy bugs and an optional movement speed toggle.

Infection Free Zone, a survival strategy game developed by Jutsu Games and published by Ultimate Games S.A., is also scheduled for release on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S on August 27, 2026. This title utilizes OpenStreetMap data to allow players to manage survival scenarios in real-world city maps.
