NIP Group expands Bitcoin mining capacity through machine acquisition

NIP Group, an esports and digital infrastructure company, has agreed to purchase deployed Bitcoin mining machines representing approximately 4.47 exahash per second (EH/s) of computing power. The acquisition is subject to closing and will be compensated through the issuance of up to 247,091,740 Class A ordinary shares.

The equipment is already installed and operating at hosting sites, which avoids the need for new facility construction for this specific tranche. If completed, NIP Group projects a total combined mining capacity of approximately 13.85 EH/s across its acquisitions. Management estimates this capacity could produce roughly 195 Bitcoin per month at full deployment, though actual yields remain subject to network difficulty, power prices, and uptime.
