NIPA and Korea Angel Investment Association partner to support AICT startups

The Korea Information & Communication Technology Promotion Agency (NIPA) and the Korea Angel Investment Association have signed a memorandum of understanding to support the domestic and international expansion of startups in the artificial intelligence and information and communication technology (AICT) sectors.

The partnership aims to create a continuous growth path by connecting overseas Korean technical talent with domestic opportunities and assisting promising local startups in entering global markets. By integrating NIPA’s industrial policies and infrastructure with the Korea Angel Investment Association’s private investment networks, the initiative seeks to bridge the gap between talent influx, business commercialization, and follow-on investment.

Key areas of cooperation include identifying promising startups, supporting the settlement of overseas Korean technical experts in Korea, and linking policy support with private capital to facilitate global market entry.
