Nippon Access to host frozen food buffet event in Chiba

Nippon Access and Sendo have announced a limited-time all-you-can-eat event titled ‘Chin! Suru Restaurant in SENDO’ to be held at the SENDO Sodegaura store in Chiba Prefecture. Scheduled for November 14 and 15, 2026, the event allows participants to enjoy a 90-minute buffet of various frozen foods and ice cream products available in the store.

The event is part of a nationwide initiative launched by Nippon Access in 2022 to stimulate market demand and encourage consumers to discover new products. By using supermarket eat-in spaces, the company aims to lower the barrier for trying new items that customers might otherwise overlook during routine shopping. This promotional concept was selected as one of the ‘2026 Hit Predictions Best 30’ by Nikkei Trendy.

Participation is by reservation only, with six sessions held across the two days. The cost is 2,500 yen per adult, with discounted rates for elementary school students. Applications require a receipt for frozen food purchases of at least 200 yen from the SENDO store.
