timelesz performs at Nippon TV music special amid member's arrest

Nippon TV aired the music special ‘120 Million People’s Thank You: Song Gratitude Festival’ on September 23, featuring over 100 songs and performances from various artists including Snow Man, King & Prince, and Ayumi Hamasaki.

The program featured a special collaboration with the group timelesz, who performed ‘Kienai Hanabi’ alongside 2,000 fireworks in Atami, Shizuoka. Due to the recent arrest of member Shuto Inomata on suspicion of injury, his image was edited out of the performance. Fans expressed gratitude on social media for the decision to broadcast the segment rather than canceling it entirely.

Hosted by Shota Watanabe of Snow Man and actress Manami Higa, the four-hour special included various segments ranging from Showa and Heisei era classics to modern hits. Notable performances included Snow Man singing three tracks and King & Prince performing Disney-themed songs.
