Nissa appoints Ivan Moschella as new head coach

Nissa has appointed Ivan Moschella as the new head coach following the dismissal of Francesco Di Gaetano and assistant Vincenzo Porretto. The decision comes immediately after a 4-2 defeat against Avola, a match in which Nissa held a 2-0 lead before conceding four unanswered goals.

Moschella brings extensive professional experience to the club. A former player for clubs including Catanzaro, Sassuolo, Vibonese, and Crotone, he was part of Crotone’s historic promotion from Serie D to Serie C1. His coaching career includes roles within Crotone’s youth sector and first-team staff, working alongside managers such as Davide Nicola, Ivan Juric, and Walter Zenga. His recent experience includes serving on Ivan Juric’s staff at Torino and Roma, as well as technical roles at Cosenza, Trapani, and Catania.
