Nissan and Toyota launch updated electric vehicle models in Czech Republic

New electric vehicle models from Nissan and Toyota are arriving in the Czech market with updated specifications and pricing.

Nissan has launched the third generation of the Leaf in the form of an SUV-coupé. In the Czech Republic, the model features a promotional discount of 50,000 CZK across all four trim levels. The base Engage trim offers a 130 kW motor and a 52 kWh battery with a range of up to 450 km, starting at 849,900 CZK. A more powerful version provides 160 kW, a 75 kWh battery, and a range of up to 622 km, starting at 959,900 CZK. Both versions utilize front-wheel drive.

Toyota has modernized its bZ4X electric model, introducing updated batteries, redesigned electric motors, and improved thermal management. The Touring estate version features an all-wheel-drive system producing 343 hp and 508 Nm of torque, capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.5 seconds. The vehicle is built on the e-TNGA platform, co-developed with Subaru, and offers a large 669-liter cargo capacity.
