Nissan introduces 2027 Kicks Rock Creek rugged trim

Nissan is expanding its subcompact SUV lineup with the introduction of the 2027 Kicks Rock Creek trim. Designed with a rugged aesthetic, the new variant is based on the SV trim and comes standard with all-wheel drive.

The Rock Creek package includes several exterior and interior upgrades, such as unique 17-inch wheels, black exterior trim, amber daytime running lights, and a specialized roof rack capable of holding up to 165 pounds. Inside, the trim features unique upholstery, ambient lighting, a 360-degree camera system, and heated elements including the steering wheel and seats.

While there are no major mechanical changes to the vehicle's 141-hp engine, the Rock Creek adds functional off-road features including hill-descent control and a specific off-road driving mode designed to allow more wheel slip for loose terrain. The vehicle maintains a ground clearance of 8.4 inches. The 2027 Kicks Rock Creek is expected to reach dealerships this summer with a starting price of $30,385.
