Nissan Juke buyer faces mechanical and registration issues
A 29-year-old woman in France is facing significant legal and mechanical issues after purchasing a used Nissan Juke for 5,400 euros from a dealership in Val-d’Oise.
On the evening of the purchase, June 12, 2026, the vehicle suffered a major power loss and engine warning lights while the driver was traveling on the highway toward Nantes. The dealership recovered the vehicle, citing a potential coolant leak, but the buyer has faced ongoing complications.
In addition to mechanical failures, the buyer has been unable to complete the vehicle registration process through the ANTS website. The registered owner, listed as a private individual residing in Dijon, has remained unreachable despite multiple attempts to contact her, leading the buyer to question the legitimacy of the seller's information.
