Nissan launches educational series to promote electric vehicle adoption

Nissan has launched a five-part video series titled ‘EV? Easy!’ to educate consumers on electric vehicle technology. The series, released for World EV Day, covers essential topics including vehicle operation, battery mechanics, range, efficiency, charging systems, and energy sharing technologies such as V2L, V2H, and V2G.

This educational initiative coincides with Nissan’s expanding electric lineup in Europe, which currently includes the LEAF, MICRA, and ARIYA. The company is also preparing to introduce the PIXO city car and a fully electric JUKE. The series aims to address consumer doubts regarding range fluctuations due to speed and temperature, as well as the differences between home, public, and rapid charging.

In a related development regarding electric mobility accessibility, charging networks like IPlanet are focusing on expanding ultra-fast charging infrastructure, offering power exceeding 150 kW to reduce wait times for drivers. These services aim to simplify the transition to electric driving through integrated apps for station locating and payment management.
