Nissan Patrol Y63 model grades revealed for Australian 2027 launch

Nissan Australia confirmed that the upcoming 2027 Y63‑generation Patrol will be offered in six distinct grades after a brief leak of its online configurator. The leaked screenshots show an off‑road‑focused Pro‑4X grade and a flagship Ti‑L Reserve, while the outgoing Y62 model currently includes Ti, Ti‑L and Warrior variants.

The company warned that some details in the configurator are placeholders, including an incorrect engine displacement. The Y63 will be powered by a 3.5‑litre twin‑turbo V6 delivering 317 kW (700 Nm) and selected grades will feature adaptive air suspension with Intelligent Adaptive Damping. Pricing is expected to be higher than the current Y62, which starts at about AU$96,540 before on‑road costs. The new Patrol is longer and wider than its predecessor but retains the same 3075 mm wheelbase, continuing the brand’s shift toward smaller powertrains compared with rivals such as the Toyota LandCruiser.
