Nissan revives Pixo name for new electric urban vehicle

Nissan is reviving the Pixo nameplate for a second-generation electric urban vehicle. While the original Pixo, introduced in 2008, was a small gasoline car built on a Suzuki platform, the new model is designed for urban mobility with significantly different technical specifications.

The new electric Pixo is built on a Renault Group platform, specifically the RGEV Small (also known as CMF-B EV or AmpR Small). This technical foundation shares similarities with the Renault Twingo E-Tech and the Dacia Spring.

Dimensions for the new model include a length of 3.80 meters, a width of 1.79 meters, and a height of 1.51 meters. It is designed for maneuverability with a turning diameter of 9.9 meters. The vehicle offers a trunk capacity of up to 356 liters when the seats are positioned fully forward.
