Nissan unveils off-road concept vehicles for SEMA Show

Nissan has announced a lineup of modified off-road concept vehicles to debut at the 2026 SEMA Show in Las Vegas. The showcase includes three primary builds: the Frontier Ronin Concept, the Pathfinder XE-V6 Concept, and the Armada Jungle Patrol Concept.

The Frontier Ronin Concept is a midsize pickup featuring a 3.8-liter engine upgraded with twin-turbochargers from the R35 GT-R Nismo. It utilizes modified Titan suspension components, including a wider track and a 14-inch suspension travel capability.

The Pathfinder XE-V6 Concept adopts a retro-inspired aesthetic to celebrate the model's upcoming 40th anniversary. It features a four-inch lift, custom bumpers, rock sliders, and a rear-mounted spare tire.

The Armada Jungle Patrol Concept is a roofless, safari-oriented SUV equipped with an extensive roll cage, inward-facing rear benches with harnesses, and 37-inch Yokohama Geolandar tires.

Additionally, custom builds by Nicholas Scherr, known as “Nismo Nick,” include the Trackfinder and Trailfinder Pathfinders. The Trackfinder is a high-performance street build utilizing a supercharger to produce approximately 501 rear-wheel horsepower and a six-speed manual transmission.
