Nissan X-Trail marks 25 years with design and technology updates

Nissan is celebrating the 25th anniversary of the X-Trail, marking over 8 million units sold globally since its debut in 2001. To commemorate the milestone, the company has introduced updates to the SUV's design, technology, and interior features.

The updated model features a redesigned front grille within a wider V-Motion frame, new bumpers with lateral air intakes, and LED rear lights. New color options include Universal Blue and Dark Beige, with availability for two-tone finishes. Inside, the cabin has been upgraded with new materials, such as quilted brown leather or synthetic leather, and dual 12.3-inch screens for the instrument cluster and infotainment system.

The X-Trail lineup will now exclusively feature the e-POWER hybrid powertrain, with the e-4ORCE all-wheel-drive system available as an option. A renewed N-Trek outdoor-focused trim has also been introduced, featuring specific details like 19-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels and rugged aesthetic enhancements. Prices for the updated model start at 41,600 euros.
