Nita Ambani launches Anant Ashray welfare project in Karjat

Nita Ambani, Founder and Chairperson of Reliance Foundation, has announced the establishment of the Nita Mukesh Ambani Anant Ashray in Karjat, near Mumbai. The proposed 100-acre facility is designed as a permanent, not-for-profit institution to provide a lifelong home for orphaned children, senior citizens, and persons with disabilities.

During the Bhumi Pujan and groundbreaking ceremony, Ambani stated that the initiative aims to create a community offering healthcare, education, and opportunities for residents to lead independent lives. The township is intended to provide a safe environment where children can pursue their dreams and elderly residents can access care, respect, and companionship. The project will be developed in phases, subject to necessary approvals.
