Nita Ambani wears handwoven Ramavali silk saree at Reliance Deepawali Utsav
Nita Ambani highlighted Indian textile craftsmanship at the Reliance Deepawali Utsav by wearing a handwoven vermilion-red Ramavali Banarasi silk saree from Swadesh. The garment was created over nearly five months by master artisan Ajay Bhoj using the intricate Kadwa technique, where every motif is individually woven.
The Ramavali saree features spiritual motifs, including the name of Shri Ram inscribed across its panels and Lord Vishnu’s footprints on the pallu. To complement the ensemble, Ambani wore a multi-layered vintage statement necklace featuring traditional Kundan, Polki, and Jadau work set in a gold framework.
