niteflite networxx GmbH expands management and leadership team

niteflite networxx GmbH, a managed service provider based in Weilheim, Germany, has announced an expansion of its leadership team to support future development.

Effective October 1, 2026, Matthias Fischer-Zottele joined the company management as an additional managing director. Furthermore, Philipp Spies and Sabine Gutzeit have been appointed as authorized signatories (Prokuristen). They will share responsibility for the IT system house's development alongside existing authorized signatory Stephan Fenzl.

The company stated that this restructuring aims to distribute entrepreneurial responsibility across more individuals and strengthen its leadership framework to ensure stable, future-oriented growth.
