Niterói Empreendedora program reaches 500 supported businesses

The Niterói Empreendedora program has reached a milestone of 500 businesses supported through subsidized credit. The initiative, managed by the Niterói City Hall, provides zero-interest loans to assist micro-entrepreneurs, individual micro-entrepreneurs (MEIs), startups, and small businesses with investments in equipment, inventory, marketing, and management.

Supported by a R$ 200 million fund, the program aims to foster local economic development and job creation. Mayor Rodrigo Neves announced a new target to expand support to 1,000 companies by November 22, coinciding with the city's anniversary. The program also includes technical guidance and training to ensure sustainable business growth.
