Niterói hosts debut of Circuito Carioca de Vôlei de Praia in Icaraí

The first stage of the Circuito Carioca de Vôlei de Praia will take place in Icaraí, Niterói, from September 11 to 13. The event will be held at Praia de Icaraí, with the Museum of Contemporary Art (MAC) serving as a backdrop.

Organized by the Instituto Faça a Sua Parte (FASPAR) in partnership with the Ministry of Sports and the Niterói City Hall, the program offers free activities for the community. The first day, Friday, is dedicated to sports training and integration for students through workshops and guided activities.

Competitions for both men and women, ranging from beginner to advanced levels as well as masters categories, will occur on Saturday and Sunday. The event infrastructure includes a main arena, five auxiliary courts, four mini-courts, stands, and food areas.
