Nitori has released a specialized book stand designed to hold even a single book upright without the need for additional volumes to provide support. Priced at 1,490 yen (including tax), the product utilizes a unique stopper mechanism that resembles white piano keys. When a book is inserted, the stoppers lift to secure the item in place.

The stand is versatile enough to accommodate various sizes, ranging from small paperbacks to thick dictionaries, magazines, and even game software or CDs. It features a lightweight design of approximately 249g and includes a non-slip base to prevent movement during use. The units can also be connected to accommodate growing collections.
