NK Osijek and HNK Gorica draw 1-1 in SuperSport HNL

NK Osijek and HNK Gorica played to a 1-1 draw in the 10th round of the SuperSport HNL. Despite the result, Osijek coach Federico Bessone received praise for his heavy reliance on young domestic talent, starting seven players from various Croatian national youth teams, including 16-year-old Izak Ježić.

Following the match, Bessone expressed frustration regarding his team's performance, noting that while they recorded 28 shots, they lacked energy in the first half. He described the team as being in a transition period. Gorica coach Mario Carević expressed disappointment and anger regarding certain aspects of the game, though he congratulated his players for their performance against the top-tier side.
