NK Osijek implements long-term structural development plan

NK Osijek president Alexandra Végh has announced a strategic initiative to build a sustainable long-term structure for the football club. Rather than relying on individual players or short-term successes, the club is focusing on systemic changes to its sporting and business operations.

To support this development, the club has strengthened its leadership team. Alongside sporting director Kenneth Zandvliet and head coach Federico Bessone, three Spanish experts—Carles Planchart, Francesc Cos, and Albert Puig—have joined to oversee football development, performance, medicine, and the Academy. These specialists bring experience from elite organizations including Barcelona, Bayern Munich, and Manchester City.

On the business side, Olivier Jaubert has assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer to lead commercial development. Végh emphasized that the club seeks ambitious players motivated by success rather than high salaries, aiming to integrate international expertise into the club’s internal culture.
