NK Osijek signs Dutch defender Jay Kruiver

NK Osijek has confirmed the signing of 25-year-old Dutch defender Jay Kruiver from Roda Kerkrade. The right-back has signed a two-year contract with the option to extend for an additional season.

Osijek reportedly paid a compensation fee of approximately 100,000 euros to the Dutch second-division club to secure the transfer. Kruiver, who has played 79 matches for Roda Kerkrade, marks his first professional move outside of the Netherlands.

Sporting director Kenneth Zandvliet noted that Kruiver brings added quality, speed, and tactical discipline to the squad, offering versatility as both a right-back and a wing-back.
