NK Rijeka President Damir Mišković discusses transfers and Toni Fruk

NK Rijeka president Damir Mišković has provided updates regarding the club's transfer activity and player statuses. Mišković confirmed the arrival of winger Yusuf Kabadaji from Augsburg, noting that while the player is a significant addition, he requires time to reach optimal form following his recent move.

Addressing the future of midfielder Toni Fruk, Mišković stated that the player will remain with the club until a transfer occurs. There is currently an oral agreement in place for Fruk to extend his contract if no sale materializes, which would prevent him from leaving for free at the end of the season. Mišković noted that interest in Fruk has come from the MLS, Saudi Arabia, and Russia.

Regarding club finances, Mišković expressed a desire to secure a new general sponsor for the jersey, noting that negotiations are underway with a company entering the Croatian market, though a deal is not expected for several months. He also commented on former Croatian national team coach Zlatko Dalić, expressing respect for his work and his decision to move to the UAE.
