Nmbrs to unify WeFact, Yuki, and Visionplanner under one brand

Four Visma-owned software companies—WeFact, Yuki, Nmbrs, and Visionplanner—will merge under the single brand name Nmbrs starting September 1. The companies specialize in invoicing, accounting, payroll, and reporting, respectively. Together, they serve more than half a million unique businesses in the Netherlands.

The merger aims to create a more cohesive technical platform to reduce administrative complexity for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Key development goals include implementing a single secure login, creating a unified user interface, and strengthening the technical integration between the different software domains.

Despite the consolidation, Nmbrs intends to maintain an open ecosystem, continuing to support over 350 integrations with external software to ensure existing workflows and data exchanges remain intact. The combined entity employs approximately 450 specialists and aims to become the market leader in business software for the Dutch SME sector by 2030.
