Németh Zoltán Lajos assaulted by masked men after handball match
Németh Zoltán Lajos, the editor of the Ferencvárosi C-közép supporter page, was attacked by four masked individuals following a men's handball match between Ferencváros and Dabas at the Elek Gyula Aréna.
The victim reported that the attackers intercepted him in a corridor, used pepper spray on his face, and verbally insulted him, calling him a 'traitorous chick.' Németh sustained a black eye and tinnitus as a result of the assault. He further alleged that a nearby security guard failed to intervene and that the head of security acted hostily toward him following the incident.
Németh is a frequent critic of Ferencváros club president Gábor Kubatov, particularly regarding the controversial Fradiváros project. Police have launched an official investigation into the incident under suspicion of group hooliganism.
