Nõmme real estate complex put up for sale in Tallinn

Riigi Kinnisvara Aktsiaselts has put a large real estate complex in the Nõmme district of Tallinn up for sale. The property, which formerly served as the home of the Tallinn Music School from 1961 to 2022, covers more than 3.3 hectares (33,127 square meters).

The sale includes several properties located between Vabaduse puiestee and J. V. Jannseni street, along with existing buildings. According to the Nõmme district general plan, some of the land is designated for mixed-use development, allowing for up to 50% residential function alongside business use. Other parts of the site are reserved for public and social objects, specifically for education and culture.
