Noa Isidore wins 107th Coppa Bernocchi in Legnano

Noa Isidore of the Decathlon CMA CGM team won the 107th edition of the Coppa Bernocchi in Legnano. After nearly four hours of racing, the 22-year-old sprinter secured the victory in a close finish, beating Tommaso Dati of Team Ukyo and Marijn van den Berg of EF Education-EasyPost.

The race was marked by a significant crash occurring less than one kilometer from the finish line. Filippo Ganna was involved in the incident while attempting to maintain balance, which also caused several other riders to fall. Reports indicate a rider from Jayco AlUla may have struck a light pole during the chaos.

Other notable performances included Alessandro Romele finishing fifth and several Italian riders placing in the top ten. Major favorites such as Mads Pedersen and Michael Matthews were unable to contend for the win.
