Noah and Timex release Boatswain oval dress watch

Noah and Timex have launched their latest collaboration, the Boatswain watch. Moving away from previous military or heavy maritime themes, this new timepiece is an understated, vintage-inspired oval dress watch.

The watch features an elliptical case measuring 31 x 35 mm and is available in either stainless steel with a brown leather strap or gold-tone steel with a black leather strap. While the design draws comparisons to the Patek Philippe Golden Ellipse due to its silhouette, it maintains unique details, such as a minute track designed to resemble a coiled ship rope.

The Boatswain utilizes a quartz movement and offers 30-meter water resistance. The dial is characterized by a minimalist aesthetic, including black Roman numerals, slim pencil hands, and an eggshell finish.
