Eintracht Frankfurt targets new signings and extends youth contract

Eintracht Frankfurt is actively managing its squad through youth renewals and potential transfer targets. The club has officially announced a contract extension for 16-year-old midfielder David Steineck, who will continue his development within the Frankfurt youth academy after previously playing for SV Darmstadt 98.

In terms of incoming talent, Frankfurt is targeting Ajax Amsterdam defender Youri Baas. The 23-year-old center-back is reportedly a priority for the club, with a market value estimated at approximately €20 million. Baas is viewed as a versatile option for the defense due to his ability to play on the left side.

Additionally, SC Freiburg coach Julian Schuster has identified Eintracht Frankfurt as a potential destination for goalkeeper Noah Atubolu. The 24-year-old, who has been Freiburg's number one for the past three seasons, is seeking a move after a potential transfer to the Premier League failed to materialize. Frankfurt is reportedly interested in the goalkeeper as a preferred solution.
