Noah Horcher signs with Greek basketball club Iraklis
American forward/center Noah Horcher, 28, has joined the Greek Basket League side Iraklis, based in Thessaloniki. Horcher, who holds a British passport, said he is eager to start the new season, noting that returning to Greece feels like a "blessing" and that he feels increasingly Greek after meeting his partner in Karditsa. He recalled the lively atmosphere in the Ivanofeio arena and promised to bring energy and flexibility to help Iraklis compete in both the domestic league and the FIBA Europe Cup. Horcher also referenced his experience in the Basketball Champions League last season and expressed confidence that he fits well into coach Zoran Lukic’s system.
He told the club’s website, "I look forward to playing at Iraklis. The fans give us energy and confidence, and I want to help the team win important games in Greece and Europe."
