Nobìlita Festival returns to Reggio Emilia

The Nobìlita Festival, a celebration of work culture, returns to Reggio Emilia for its ninth edition on October 3, 2026. Hosted at the Reggiane Parco Innovazione, the event will take place at Pavilion 19 from 9:00 to 17:00.

This year’s theme, ‘Working on oneself,’ explores a new vision of society and the professional world by examining personal responsibility and its impact on collective organizational structures. The festival features over 30 guests, including thematic talks, book presentations, networking sessions, and dialogues with businesses.

Key participants include Lorena Fornasir and Gian Andrea Franchi from the Linea d’Ombra association, who will open the festival. Other scheduled speakers include former national volleyball coach and motivator Mauro Berruto, and film producer Malcom Pagani, who will engage in a dialogue with FiordiRisorse President and festival organizer Osvaldo Danzi.
