NoBroker Interiors expands in Pune with new Kharadi Experience Centre

NoBroker, India’s first proptech unicorn, has opened its second Experience Centre in Pune, located in Kharadi (Wadgaon Sheri). The 5,500 sq. ft. facility follows the company’s previous flagship launch in Wakad and aims to strengthen its presence in the East Pune home interiors market.

The centre features various modular kitchen setups, living room arrangements, pooja rooms, and wardrobe displays designed to reflect local homeowner preferences. Visitors can consult with interior designers and explore materials in person.

In addition to physical locations, NoBroker Interiors is utilizing AI-assisted design tools to provide photorealistic 3D renders for customer visualization. The company has also announced plans to open two more experience centres by 2027.
