Nocera Inferiore: Azione criticizes focus on political maneuvering

In Nocera Inferiore, the political landscape is shifting as former mayoral candidates Antonio Romano and Antonia Lanzetta join the expanding ‘Nocera Domani’ coalition. Imma Zinnia, head of Azione Nocera Inferiore, expressed concern that public debate is being dominated by political maneuvering and ‘fantasy politics’ rather than substantive issues.

Zinnia highlighted several critical local concerns that she believes require urgent attention, including healthcare services at the Umberto I hospital, inadequate public transport links, and the lack of a comprehensive urban mobility plan. She also noted the neglect of peripheral areas and the failure to provide adequate summer services, specifically citing the cancellation of summer centers for children with disabilities and the lack of accessible playgrounds.
