Nocera Inferiore opens new citizen service desk at local prosecutor's office

The municipality of Nocera Inferiore inaugurated a new "Sportello del Cittadino" for the Procura della Repubblica. The desk is housed in the former Monte dei Paschi di Siena building on via Giovanni Falcone, at the entrance of the civil pavilion. Its purpose is to simplify administrative procedures and allow residents to file and receive documents without entering the prosecutor's internal offices. The project resulted from cooperation between the city administration and Prosecutor Chief Luigi Alberto Cannavale, aiming to decentralise services, improve transparency and make the justice system more accessible. The ceremony was attended by civil and judicial authorities, local officials and press representatives, and Mayor Paolo De Maio thanked the prosecutor for his availability and collaboration. The new office intends to bring justice services closer to the community and streamline interactions between citizens and the public prosecutor's office.
