Noel Clarke charged with six sexual offences in UK
British actor and filmmaker Noel Clarke has been formally charged with six sexual offences following an investigation by the Metropolitan Police. The charges, which were authorized by the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS), include two counts of sexual assault, three counts of voyeurism, and one count of exposure.
The alleged offences involve five women and are reported to have occurred between 2007 and 2016. The legal proceedings follow a year-long investigation that included a search of Clarke's London home in September 2025. Clarke, 50, is scheduled to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, October 21.
This development follows a high-profile legal battle in which Clarke lost a libel case against The Guardian. The newspaper had previously published allegations of sexual misconduct involving more than 20 women, a case that resulted in a court finding that the publication was in the public interest and substantially true.
