Noel Sanvicente returns as head coach of Caracas FC
Caracas FC has announced the return of Noel ‘Chita’ Sanvicente as head coach for his fourth stint with the club. The appointment, announced on August 16, aims to restore the team to its former success through a long-term project.
Sanvicente is set to lead the team for the next two and a half years. He brings extensive experience to the role, having previously managed 540 matches for Caracas FC, securing 265 victories. His history with the club includes winning six Venezuelan First Division titles and a Copa Venezuela.
The move comes as Caracas FC seeks to improve its standing in the 2026 Clausura Tournament, where the team currently holds seventh place. Sanvicente most recently managed Zamora FC during the 2026 Apertura Tournament.
