Noida: Alleged theft at DLF Mall of India sparks viral video

A video has gone viral involving an alleged theft at the DLF Mall of India in Sector-18, Noida. The footage shows a woman being escorted out of a store by female security personnel following accusations from staff that she attempted to take ghee and refined oil without payment.

Store employees claim the woman had been targeting the shop for several instances, though no official complaints regarding prior incidents have been filed. While social media users have circulated the clip, local police from the Sector-20 station stated that a review of CCTV footage has not yet provided clear evidence to confirm the theft.

There are conflicting accounts regarding the incident: store management maintains no payment was made, while investigators noted claims from an individual accompanying the woman that the items had been paid for. As of now, no formal written complaint has been lodged with the police, and no official case has been registered.
