Noida: Man dies after falling from high-rise Airbnb balcony

A man identified as Sambhav Jain, a resident of Manesar in Haryana, died after falling from a balcony at a high-rise building in the Supernova complex, located in Sector 94, Noida.

Jain had booked an Airbnb room in the complex for a one-night stay. He arrived on Friday and was expected to check out on Saturday afternoon. According to police, he fell from the balcony of his room. Workers performing air conditioning repairs in a nearby room reportedly noticed him in a dangerous position and attempted to intervene, but were unable to prevent the incident.

Preliminary investigations suggest that Jain may have been suffering from stress. Forensic teams have inspected the scene, and authorities are currently reviewing CCTV footage from the building and surrounding areas to determine the exact circumstances of the fall and whether anyone else was involved.
