Noida Sector 150 sports and residential development advances

Development is accelerating in Noida’s Sector 150, where a major 300-acre sports city project is taking shape. Following the Noida Authority’s approval of a revised master layout plan for Plot SC-02, approximately 70% of the area has been designated for sports infrastructure. Planned facilities include a six-court tennis centre, a multi-sport indoor hall for activities such as gymnastics and basketball, three swimming pools, a nine-hole golf course, and a cricket academy designed to ICC standards.

In conjunction with these infrastructure plans, the Prateek Group has commenced construction on a new development in the same sector. This project is expected to generate employment for over 2,000 individuals across various sectors, including engineering, construction, security, and facility management. The construction activity is also anticipated to stimulate the local economy by increasing demand for logistics, transportation, and construction materials.
